Dr. Gary Randall Middleton II is an Endodontist and proud Dallas native. His fascination with endodontics began when he observed the level of precision and attention required to successfully perform root canal therapy. This passion led Dr. Middleton to pursue a career dedicated to saving teeth and providing patients with a comfortable, low-stress experience. By using the latest technology, instruments, and materials, Dr. Middleton ensures every patient receives the highest quality care.

Dr. Middleton earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Middleton then pursued a General Practice Residency at the Texas Health Science Center in Houston, gaining extensive experience in comprehensive dental care. His passion for endodontics led him to complete an advanced specialty program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he honed his skills in root canal therapy, microsurgery, and pain management. As an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Texas Dental Association, Dr. Middleton remains committed to ongoing education and staying at the forefront of advancements in his field.

Dr. Middleton takes great pride in providing personalized care, ensuring that each patient receives his undivided attention from diagnosis through treatment. His philosophy centers on making endodontic treatment as seamless and comfortable as possible while prioritizing the preservation of natural teeth.

Outside the office, Dr. Middleton enjoys an active family life with his wife and two sons. When he’s not treating patients, he can often be found on the golf course, exploring new travel destinations, or spending quality time with his family. Whether at work or at home, he brings the same level of dedication and care to everything he does.
